Block Placement and Color Logic
Demolo 3D Color Puzzle World builds its challenge around a single rule: blocks score when placed beside matching colors. That constraint shapes every decision. You select your block colors and puzzle shape before starting, then the game presents a 3D puzzle area where your cursor marks where the next block will land. Because points come from adjacency rather than simple completion, you are constantly weighing where a color will be most useful later, not just where it fits now.

The puzzle area can be orbited freely using right-click and drag, arrow keys, or WASD. This matters more than it first appears. A placement that looks isolated from one angle may sit directly against a matching color from another, and hidden faces of the structure only become visible as you rotate. Players who use the camera deliberately tend to spot scoring opportunities that a fixed view would hide, which is where the spatial reasoning element becomes practical rather than abstract.
Shape and Color Variety
Before each game you choose from a range of block colors and puzzle shapes. Those choices change how the board develops, since different starting configurations create different adjacency patterns. The variety is the main source of replayability: the same core rule produces different planning problems depending on which colors and shapes you bring into play.
Access and Ongoing Development
Demolo was originally developed for virtual reality platforms and is now available as a web build, so it runs directly in a browser without a download. The developer also invites player feedback to help shape future development, which means the current version reflects an evolving project rather than a finished, fixed release.
